At menoa, we have high standards and zero bullshit. That applies to your data too. This policy explains how we handle your information when you join the Inner Circle.

1. Information we collect When you sign up for our tactical assets and Pioneer Code, we collect:

  • Email address: To send you the goods and updates.

  • Form Data: The symptoms or challenges you select in our form. We use this only to understand our community's needs and to ensure our "tactical assets" are relevant.

2. How we use your data We use your data to deliver the Emergency Kit, send your unique Pioneer Code, and improve the menoa experience.

Zero Bullshit Guarantee: We will never sell your data to third-party brokers for marketing purposes. However, should menoa be acquired or merged with another company, your data will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner so they can continue to serve you under these same high standards.

3. Storage and Security Your data is stored securely via Shopify and Klaviyo, protected by industry-standard encryption.

4. Your Rights (GDPR) Since we are launching in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data.

  • Ask us to delete your data at any time (email: hello@menoa-official.com).

  • Withdraw your consent to marketing.
